Brittany Mathews is a top-producing Realtor® with Allie Beth Allman & Associates, specializing in the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, and her own neighborhood of 75209. With more than a decade of experience in the Dallas luxury market, she is known for her strategic approach, strong relationships, and ability to uncover opportunities others miss. Brittany’s extensive professional and social networks often give her clients access to homes before they ever reach the public market.
In 2022, Brittany partnered with longtime colleague Richard Graziano to form Graziano Mathews. Together, they bring more than 25 years of combined experience and have achieved over $675 million in career sales. In 2025 alone, the team closed $100 million in transactions, including $36 million sold off-market, reflecting their deep connections and trusted reputation within the Dallas real estate community.
Brittany and her husband, Travis, live in Highland Park with their two children, Sutton and George, and their two dogs. A graduate of Baylor University, Brittany is active in the Dallas community as a parent volunteer at The Episcopal School of Dallas, a steering committee member of The Cary Council at UT Southwestern, and a member of the Cattle Baron’s Ball.
